A New Master Steams into the Chair |
| On Monday 22nd April members of Viscount Leverhulme Council welcomed the District Grand Prefect to their Installation Meeting of meeting at Ridgmont House Horwich. |

| After being welcomed by David Webster W.M. the District Prefect Paul Snape thanked David for his welcome then settled back for an enjoyable night of Allied Masonry. |
| All the necessary business being completed, the next business was to Install the Master for the ensuing year. |

| David Webster invited Michael Greenhalgh to conduct the Installation of Ken Higson into the Chair of Viscount Leverhulme Council. |
| At the completion of the Installation Ceremony, the District Grand Prefect congratulated W.Bro. Ken Higson on becoming Master of Viscount Leverhulme Council, wishing him well for the future. He also commented on the high standard of Ritual carried out by Michael Greenhalgh conducting the Installation Ceremony. |
